Xyla Beach Studio 3 belongs to a brand new complex of fully equipped houses just above Xyla beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in Kea. The design of house follows the local architectural elements, while their construction combines minimalism with luxury. From the terrace you can access the shared pool of the complex as well as enjoy the marvelous sea view and the sunset. The house is located 15 minutes by car from the port through 4,5km of dirt road. The space The house is located in the second level of the complex and can accommodate 4 guests featuring a double bed in the living room and 2 single beds in the bedroom. It also offers two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchenette, private parking, free wifi, and a spacious terrace where you can enjoy your coffee, drink or meal overlooking the Aegean sea. Guest access You can also have access to the shared pool of the complex. The pool is open for all guests of the complex and the operating hours are: 11.00-20.00 everyday. The house is located in a complex built just 100 metres from Xyla beach, a beautiful organized sandy beach with crystal waters and and 4,5 km of accessible dirt road from the port of Kea (15 minutes by car) . Other things to note -The houses, with respect to the environment, have a biological cleaning system. Please use specified cleaners.
