A picturesque 300 year old English Country Cottage

About this space A romantic bolt hole neatly positioned on the edge of Exmoor National Park's unique landscape of moorland, woodland, valleys and dramatic coast with fabulous beaches. Relax and unwind to your hearts content or walk straight from your door for 10 mins or all day. A 20 minute walk along the River Barle to the delightful town of Dulverton where you will find cafes, pubs and restaurants and independent shops for all your needs. The space The Space Living - Step through the front door into the small but perfectly formed bijou living room, cosy up by the woodburner with a glass of wine and switch off from the world. Kitchen - Fully equipped to cater for all your culinary needs. The perfect space to enjoy rustling up something delicious after a day out exploring. Sleeping - Upstairs you will find a gorgeous tranquil bedroom with king-sized bed covered in beautiful linen and throws. You will find plenty of wardrobe space but if this isnt enough across the landing is a lavish dressing room. Bathroom - tucked away downstairs is a gorgeous bathroom. Close the blinds, light the candles and have a blissful soak in a deep bath. Garden - There is plenty of outside space at 10 Brushford. Right outside the front door is a table and chairs for morning coffee and firepit for lazy evenings. For a bit more privacy to the side of the cottage lies an enclosed cottage garden perfect for your four-legged friends to stretch and have fun. Parking - There is parking at 10 Brushford directly opposite the cottage. Dogs - Up to two well-behaved dogs are very welcome. We charge an additional £10 per dog per stay. Guest access Guest Access You will have access to a private garden and private entrance. There is a small meadow, orchard and vegetable garden across the lane with river frontage where you have shared access with the owners and other guests. Other things to note Please note this is a very old cottage with beams that do impede head room in places.
