Our Happy Place!

The space All about our happy place. STAND ALONE HOME, Clean 3 bedroom home, 2 full bath, fully equipped kitchen, 8 person dining table, patio deck off our kitchen with Gas grill. Downstairs we have a sitting area, air hockey table and ping pong table all in one. For outside we have 2 fire pits with seating. We are located in desirable private community of Knights Hill. We are part of an association where you are able to enjoy our Sandy Beach (2 min drive)on Moose Pond, oversized pool (open til mid September) 2 minute drive)tennis court, 2 playgrounds, volleyball & 2 clubhouses (available for gatherings). We are located 3 minutes away from Pleasant Mountain formerly known as Shawnee Peak the longest operating ski resort in Maine with 40 trails, seven glades and 3 terrain parks.
