Warm welcome to our archipelago dream, about 10 min from Gothenburg, Saltholmen, with the ferry. Here you will have access to a newly produced, bright and modern studio/townhouse on the ground floor with a fantastic sea view. The studio is located about 50m from the sea with access to bathing jetty and its own small beach. Here you can enjoy dinner from the patio or from the dinner table while watching the boats tough by. The place has all the amenities you'll need for a nice stay, the possibility of beds for 6pers. The space It is an open floor plan with 2 large sliding glass sections for 2 lines. The dining area accommodates up to 8 people and is located by the kitchen, in the middle of the house. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, microwave and dishwasher. In the living room/TV room there is a TV, music system as well as a corner sofa/sofa bed which easily turns into a double bed with the best view. On the same level is also the bathroom with a toilet, a shower, a washing machine and a dryer. In the sleeping loft there are 4 beds, 1 double bed of 160cm, as well as 2 single beds of 90cm wading. On the outside we have two lovely patios, one for the morning coffee in the sun and the other, the bigger one, for sunbathing, barbecue and lovely socializing. On the patios there is a dining area for at least 8 people, gas grill, sunbed and lounge furniture for nice hanging. The island offers quiet and nice archipelago life with both beaches and cliffs with associated jumping towers and docks. It has a playground, football field, running loop, and sauna. 2019, the outdoor gym by the big beach was also inaugurated. The island's pearl, Restaurant Knarrholmen, knarrholmensrest.se is well worth a visit. Whether you just want to do something cooling or if you want to eat a superb 3-course. Tips are to book a table!
