The space Welcome to House Lidija & Ivana, a newly opened holiday home created for carefree moments surrounded by the peace and quiet of Hrvatsko zagorje. Nestled among rolling green hills, this special retreat offers everything you need for a relaxing weekend, a family getaway, or a longer stay where you will truly feel at home. This house also carries a touching story. The owner designed and furnished it with great love in memory of his wife Lidija, and that warmth, care and emotion can be felt in every corner of the home. Every detail has been thoughtfully selected to create a welcoming atmosphere where you will feel comfortable from the very first moment. The property consists of a ground floor and an upper floor, arranged as two separate apartments that together provide the perfect balance of togetherness and privacy. It is ideal for two families, a group of friends, or anyone who wants to spend time together while still enjoying their own comfort and personal space. The house accommodates 8 + 3 guests, with additional sofa beds available for a few more guests. The interior is modern and tastefully decorated with warm wooden elements and authentic Zagorje details that give the house a unique charm and cozy atmosphere: 3 bedrooms and 2 living rooms (including one 120 x 180 cm bed and two sofa beds) 3 bathrooms Covered terraces and balconies, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee, reading a book, or simply admiring the beautiful Zagorje hills in any weather A spacious garden filled with greenery, flowers and ornamental plants. Depending on the season, guests are welcome to pick organic fruits and vegetables from the small garden. An outdoor wellness area featuring a sauna with a view and a heated counter-current pool with whirlpool function, ideal for swimming, exercise or pure relaxation. The water temperature is automatically regulated, making the wellness facilities available all year round. Outdoor dining options with both an electric grill and a traditional charcoal barbecue, along with a charming gazebo with a dining table A playhouse, trampoline and large lawn for children, while older children and adults can enjoy badminton, table tennis and darts The house offers complete privacy, while everything you may need is just a short drive away – shops, restaurants, the town center and thermal spas are all within 3 to 10 minutes by car. The location is perfect for exploring the Stubica region. Terme Jezerčica is only 3.5 km away, and Stubičke Toplice is 4.5 km away. Nearby, you will find castles, manor houses, historical landmarks and the natural beauty that makes Hrvatsko zagorje so special.
