This apartment is located in a noble residence in the heart of Brianza, in Sirtori, between Milan and the Lecco Alps. The villa stands where the castle of the lords of Sirtori once stood and has belonged to the same family for generations. All around is a romantic park of about eight hectares, with hills, centuries-old trees, and a small lake created in the mid-19th century. The space The apartment is on the ground floor of the villa and is, in our opinion, the most charming of the entire residence: located in the best position, with large, bright windows that open directly onto the park. It is a small world in its own right, an art house where every wall and every corner tells a story. Terracotta-colored walls, herringbone parquet, a bed made from a natural wood trunk, botanical prints and watercolor paintings of flowers, sculptures, handmade ceramics, and unique objects collected over a lifetime. Here you sleep surrounded by beauty, with the park just a stone's throw away. This is an authentic house with an old-world feel, not a recently renovated apartment. The kitchen is small and the house has the charm and signs of age: the villa is a historic residence undergoing conservative restoration, which is proceeding step by step. If you love places full of character, period furnishings, and the idea of sleeping inside a work of art, you'll fall in love. If, on the other hand, you are looking for impeccable hotel-style kitchens and bathrooms, this is not the right house, and we prefer to tell you beforehand.
