The living room offers a sofa, dining table, bar and a spacious exit to the terrace in an area of approx. 25 square meters. You can also access the large bedroom and a small bedroom/study. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, dishwasher, oven and freezer. The apartment has underfloor heating. The living room can also be air-conditioned, and the small bedroom/study is equipped with an extra heater. The terrace (approx. 60 sqm) can be shaded with a remote-controlled awning... Upholstery, seat cushions and hammock are located in the garden house, and the flowers are watered automatically. Guest access In addition to the apartment / penthouse, the package offers access to the common areas of the property. Via the common room on the ground floor, opposite the house entrance, you can reach the park-like area with a sauna (for a small fee), bathing jetties, a barbecue area with seating, ping-pong tables, a mini-golf course, a meadow and trees. In the house, for a small fee, there is a laundry room with washing machines and dryers (please bring 50-cent coins)! Other things to note Arrival by train: The "Purbach" train station is about an 8-minute walk away. You are welcome to park your bicycles outdoors in front of the building entrance (by the bicycle racks) or at the train station. Arriving by car: There is a large parking lot right in front of the property (free parking) The cycle and hiking path around Lake Neusiedl passes directly by the complex... The in-house swimming area offers natural lake access with "swimming depth"! Opposite is the "Solarbad-Purbach" (open from early May to about mid-October), a large children's playground, restaurants and shopping facilities at the campground shop...
