Super Spacious Pull Suite - 10mins Walk from Beach

The space A unique, spacious suite offering a really comfy super-king 6ft bed/twin, your own sitting area with TV & breakfast table with views over the garden, dressing table in the bedroom, dressing room with chest of drawers, hair dryer, breakfast items, fridge, kettle, Nespresso machine & toaster. TV with a Netflix account for your use. Wi-fi is available in the room too. The bathroom has a great power rain shower, sink with storage, bath, towel rail and WC. 100% cotton bedding, fluffy towels & waffle dressing gowns and toiletries. Continental breakfast is included consisting of a selection of cereals, loaf of bread, butter, jams/marmalade, juice, milk, Greek yoghurt and homemade fruit compote. Cooked breakfast, brought to your room, for an additional £7.50 per person. If you have dietary requirements with regards to the above, please let me know in advance and I will do my best to accommodate. Wonderful selection of pubs, restaurants, walks, places to visit that are all close by. Guest access The Pull Suite is on the 1st floor and has 13 stairs leading up to it. Access is through our front door and then you have a lock on your suite door and a key for access for the front door. In the suite there is a super-king, very comfortable bed, sofa, breakfast area, dressing room with breakfast items and en-suite bathroom. Other things to note Our suites all offer a PRIVATE breakfast area and sitting area. Your suite's facilities are only for you, but the garden, should you wish to use it, is spacious and shared between the 4 Suites. Each Suite has its own parking space for 1 car. We are a family of 4 working adults. We take every care in providing a quiet environment for you to relax in. We provide a garden for our B&B guests and there could be up to 8/9 people in that garden - including yourselves, but it is a gorgeous south facing garden with relaxing chairs and garden furniture and plenty of space. I will contact you prior to your arrival to enquire about your arrival time - with the aim to meet you and show you the Suite. But if I am not going to be available I will provide details of how to access your room keys, you can then let yourselves in and I will try and pop by and say hello later on.
