Welcome to Murakami Base Kirakuya! The facility is located in Zaiku-cho, Murakami City, Niigata Prefecture, and is a private rental of a 4LDK house. It can accommodate up to 10 people, and with a spacious living room and Japanese-style room, everyone can spread their wings and relax! There are 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets, so it is comfortable even for a large group. The facility has a garden with seasonal views like a Japanese garden and an authentic Japanese-style room. Some of its charms include nostalgic retro Showa-era furnishings and crafts that convey the elegance of Japanese tradition. There is free parking on site for up to 2 vehicles, so you are also welcome to come by car! There are places nearby where you can feel the history and culture, such as Echigo-Murakami Machiya-dori Street, lined with traditional machiya townhouses, and the Oshagiri Kaikan, where you can learn about the history of Murakami City. There are also activities such as the Sena Onsen town, where you can enjoy many hot springs and cuisine, and the Sena Onsen beach, just a short walk away. Please enjoy yourself while chatting with your family and friends. The space ■ Murakami Base Kirakuya - Living Room There is a living room with a comfortable sofa and a Japanese-style room with tatami mats that have a nice scent, so you can relax and enjoy your stay. - Laundry room A washer and dryer are provided in the dressing room. Please feel free to use it for laundry during long stays or while traveling. Bathroom There are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with only a shower. Guest access All rooms are available for use except for some rooms and spaces (equipment storage room and veranda). Other things to note [Request to be considerate of neighbors] Our facility is very close to the neighboring house, so we appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding the following points to ensure a comfortable stay for everyone. ・ Noisy conversations, footsteps at night, or other loud noises ・Volume of music, etc. We kindly ask that you be considerate of the neighbors. [Other things to note] 1. No smoking indoors. 2. Please be mindful of noise, such as talking and music volume, as it will disturb the neighborhood. 3. Shoes inside are strictly prohibited.Please take off your shoes at the entrance. 4. Please refrain from staying more than the number of people booked.If we find more than the number of guests booked, we will charge an additional fee. 5. Please do not run hot water for more than an hour in the bath or kitchen.The gas safety device may be activated and the gas may stop.In the case of an all-electric facility, there is a lack of hot water. 6. Please be sure to use the futon with a sheet or cover.If we find stains, we may charge a separate fee. 7. If you use appliances, please do not use many appliances at the same time.Simultaneous use can cause the breaker to fall off.In the unlikely event that the breaker falls and the power goes out, please return the breaker to the "ON" position. 8. Please put the garbage in the provided trash can.Please don't let them out. 9. Please wash dishes and cookware you have used and return them to their original places. 10. We do not have condiments installed for hygiene reasons. 11. Please send your ID before check-in. 12. Please be quiet after 9 pm.If we receive complaints from neighbors, we may be able to leave immediately.Please be careful. 13.
