Outside, there is a garden, barbecue, sun loungers, shower and a spectacular heated indoor saltwater pool, perfect for enjoying year-round. Inside, you will find all the comforts: a large living/dining room with a 55" TV, a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, 4 comfortable bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and a recreation room with a large ping-pong table. We have thought of everything so that you can disconnect from the very first moment and enjoy every corner surrounded by views that invite you to stay. Upon entering, you'll find an entrance hall that gives access to the main rooms: a full bathroom, the kitchen, the living-dining room, the game room, and the stairs that lead to the upper floor. The living-dining room, which can accommodate up to 10 people, is the heart of the house: a warm space with sofas, a fireplace, and a 55" TV with Netflix, ideal for sharing laughter, long after-dinner conversations, or a good movie. From here, you can access a covered terrace with outdoor tables and chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, refrigerator, and washing machine. The game room has a ping pong table, darts and some board games, and it has direct access to the barbecue area and pool. On the top floor you will find the bedrooms. The first has two single beds, with the option of adding a third. Next, a cozy reading nook leads to a bedroom with a double bed and a built-in closet. There is also a full bathroom with a bathtub and bidet, and opposite it, another room with a closet, a single bed and a bunk bed. Down the hall is the master bedroom, spacious and bright, with an en-suite bathroom and direct access to a large terrace with beautiful views. In the bathrooms you will find some complimentary items such as soap, shampoo packets and toilet paper. But we encourage you to bring your favorite toiletries for an even more pleasant stay.
