The space Our "Nellenbruck" apartment has a size of approximately 55 m² and 3 rooms, consisting of a kitchen/dining/living room and a bedroom, as well as a bathroom with a bathtub and shower. The apartment has a small kitchenette for self-catering. The cooking and dining area is supplied with daylight through the large balcony door. Free Wi-Fi is available upon arrival. A small sofa and an armchair invite you to relax and enjoy watching TV/streaming on the smart TV. On the balcony, which includes an awning, a seat and a small table are at your disposal. There you can enjoy coffee for breakfast or wine at sunset. Not far from the apartment, there are numerous hiking and excursion destinations, such as Württemberg's highest mountain, the "Schwarzer Grat," the Adelegg or the Alttrauchburg, which is located in the village, incl. refreshments. The historic old town of Isny is also about 6 km away, and the university town of Kempten is just a stone's throw away. Immediately in front of the apartment is the extensive and well-developed network of bike paths into the Ober- and Westallgäu. Culinary establishments, village shops and discount stores in the nearby area complete the offer. Guest access Our guests are allowed to make full use of the condominium and balcony provided to them. The apartment on the upper floor is entered via the common house entrance. The apartment itself has its own apartment door, which can be securely locked for access. For privacy reasons, we ask that you do not enter the designated private rooms or the garden. Other things to note On request, we are happy to provide the Allgäu-Walser Pass for adults and children. With this, you will receive a variety of discounts and offers in our vacation region. As a climatic health resort, the market town of Weitnau charges a tourist tax of €2.50 per person per day for those aged 16 and over and €1.25 per day for children aged 6-15. Children from 0 to 5 years old and business travelers are exempt from the visitor's tax. This is not included in the price and has to be paid to the landlord upon arrival in cash or by P....P.... For the collection, hosts are obliged to register tourists with the municipality in advance of their trip. For this, we need the following information approx. 1 week before arrival: First and last name, home address, date of birth and nationality. For guests from outside the country, also the passport number. The cost of the final cleaning and 1 set of bed linens and towels (including 1x washing and drying) is 45 EUR. Pets are not allowed in the apartment! Smoking inside the apartment is prohibited! We ourselves live on the ground floor of the house with our small dog and son.
