La Cuadra Rural House - Villar de Corneja

Casa rural La Cuadra is designed for couples. It is romantic, cozy, (it has a sofa bed in the living room, you can bring a child), it has a room with a bathroom inside (jacuzzi, sauna, hydromassage...) and the living room, American kitchen, with another full bathroom, the kitchen is fully equipped, kitchenware, sheets, towels, firewood) are included in the price. Villar de Corneja is located between Piedrahita and Barco de Avila, and between Avila and Salamanca, 40 minutes from either of them, the Corneja river passes through... The space LA CUADRA is a beautiful cottage designed for couples' getaways with a romantic, cozy and rural atmosphere at the same time, equipped with all the amenities. It is distributed as follows: it has a bedroom with a bathroom inside (hydromassage bathtub, jacuzzi and sauna...) and a living room-kitchenette and (it has a wood oven in addition to the conventional one), it has a double sofa bed in the living room (you can bring children), it is equipped with kitchenware, sheets, towels, firewood) all included in the price. It has heating and also a nice pellet stove in the room that creates a very romantic atmosphere. You can also do different activities such as: horseback riding, quads or buggies, wine tastings, hiking... FREE welcome breakfast La Cuadra is located in a quiet neighborhood in the small town of Villar de Corneja, between Avila and Salamanca, 40 minutes from either of them, and between Piedrahita and Barco de Avila. The Corneja River passes through the same town and next to the Tormes River where you can find very nice bathing areas (some with a restaurant or picnic area) where you can eat and spend the day while taking a dip. If you feel like visiting towns other than the ones we have named, you can go to Candelario, Guijuelo, Puente del Congosto, or go up to Peñanegra where the paragliding championship is held (in spring/summer) and you can see them fly around the area. Parking is available at the door On Saturdays at 10:00 you will hear a horn!!! It's the baker!!! You can go out and buy bread and typical sweets from the area. The cuisine of the area is very varied but what you can't miss are the mashed potatoes, the chuleton de avila, the boat beans.... Guest access The accommodation is a full rental so no areas are shared with anyone Other things to note At 10:00 am our guests will hear a horn!!!! It's the baker, you can approach a van that sells bread and pastries made daily in a neighboring village. It's a good idea to bring a jacket even if it's summer, the nights are cool.
