A quiet base for relaxing, exploring and spending time together. The space ☘ Covered 30 m² terrace One of the nicest parts of the house is the spacious covered terrace with a view of Paracov pond. It is ideal for morning coffee, long breakfasts, relaxing evenings and barbecues. A gas grill and one 5 kg gas cylinder are included in the price of the stay. ○ Family-friendly facilities The house is ready for a family stay. You will find a high chair, children’s tableware, toys, books and a baby bath bucket. Outside, children can enjoy the garden with a trampoline, slide and sandpit. ⌁ Fast Starlink internet The house has Starlink internet with a speed up to 200 Mbps. The stable and fast connection can comfortably handle remote work, video calls and streaming at the same time. ⌂ Comfortable sleeping The cottage has two bedrooms. The main bedroom has a 160 cm double bed. In the second bedroom, there is a single bed that can be extended into a double bed, as well as a separate growing OvalBed baby cot with adjustable size. The sofa in the living room can also be used as an additional sleeping option if needed. ⟟ A quiet base for trips Paračov is a small village in South Bohemia surrounded by forests, meadows and ponds. The area is ideal for walks, cycling trips, morning runs and relaxed trips around the region. But don’t be fooled by the peaceful atmosphere - nearby you will also find a Michelin-awarded restaurant, a café with its own coffee roastery and an organic farm selling local products. Specific tips are included in the welcome guide. ⚑ Comfort in any weather The cottage is equipped for week-long stays throughout the year. It has underfloor heating, a washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. It is a private and peaceful place for reading, resting, cooking, grilling and spending time together. It is best suited for guests looking for quiet evenings, nature during the day and a slower rhythm than in the city. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, the terrace with outdoor seating, the entire garden, the gas grill, the fire pit, and parking directly on the property. The tiny house in the corner of the garden is a technical area and is not intended for guest use. Parking is available behind the gate on the designated paved area. If needed, additional parking is available (no additional cost). Other things to note The minimum stay is 1 week, usually from Saturday to Saturday. Ask for other options. Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Different arrival or departure times are possible only by prior arrangement. Pets are not normally allowed. A smaller pet may be accepted exceptionally, but only with prior approval from the owner before booking. The fee is CZK 2,000 per week for each approved pet. The price includes final cleaning, one 5 kg gas bottle for the grill and energy consumption up to 100 kWh per week. If energy consumption is significantly higher, any extra cost may be handled individually according to actual usage. The garden has a trampoline, slide and sandpit. Children are welcome to use them, but only under adult supervision. The house has its own water well and septic system. Please use water and drains responsibly. Do not flush wet wipes, hygiene products or anything other than toilet paper down the toilet. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Parties, loud events and celebrations are not allowed without prior agreement.
