Cozy basement apartment with its own entrance, living room, kitchen, sleeping alcoves, and private bathroom. Located at the top of the building plot on Huse. Unique area surrounded by beautiful nature. There is a short distance to most of what Kinsarvik has to offer, including forest walks in the Huseskogen, a 20-minute walk down to Mikkelparken, and a 40-minute walk up to Kinso Power Plant, where you can continue uphill to Husedalen to see the waterfalls. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The space 🏡 You enter a small hallway, where there is space for outerwear and shoes. The door on the right in the hallway leads to a bathroom, where there is a shower and a separate small room with a toilet. The door on the left in the hallway leads to the living room, kitchenette, and a sleeping alcove. Guest access 🏡There is a fence around my entire property. The guest is welcome to use the garden, terrace and seating area by the entrance. ❗️☺️But if the garden is being used by me or others, please ask if it's "okay" for you to use it as well. This is my private home, and I may at times want a little privacy. Other things to note 🛏️There are 5 sleeping places, divided into 2 bunk beds. 📃Read the information booklet located in the apartment both at check-in and checkout. There you will find all the information you need to know about the apartment. 🧹 This is an apartment that you have to clean and tidy up yourself. As a guest, you are responsible for tidying, vacuuming/washing, and disposing of garbage left by you and your guests when using this apartment. You can find all the information about the sink in the information booklet on the kitchen table. "Always leave the apartment as you would like to find it"❤️ ❗️For your information: I charge NOK 200 as a cleaning fee. This is not for cleaning, but only because I provide bed linens for all beds and towels/washing cloths for all guests (regardless of how many people there are). ❗️Unfortunately, there is NO Wi-Fi or TV channels in the apartment or my house yet, but there is 5G in the area. There is an HDMI cable on the TV, so you can connect your own PC if desired.
