Our 30 acre farm property is located on a quiet country road just 6 kms from Sutton Village, a haven for cyclists, hikers, skiers and wine enthusiasts. The village features 2 brewpubs, a good choice of restaurants, fun shops and beautiful Mt. Sutton to explore. Enjoy spectacular views and sun rises from your private balcony or patio, cycle along the surrounding backroads or just enjoy some quiet time in front of the wood burning stove or outdoor fire pit. The space This cozy little studio is ideal for an active individual or couple looking for a country weekend or holiday retreat. It offers a kitchen with fridge, stove and microwave, a wood burning stove, a bathroom with shower and is furnished with a queen size bed, dining table with chairs and a comfortable couch and chair. Wifi is included. Monthly or a winter seasonal rental can be options, please contact me directly to discuss further. Please note that our lane is steep and can be challenging in the winter months for any vehicles other than those with 4 wheel drive. Guest access The studio comes with its own outdoor parking space, private balcony, patio and outdoor fireplace for the exclusive use of our guests. Tesla and Flo charging units are both available on request. Please note that in the winter months our lane can be challenging for vehicles other than those with 4 wheel drive. For this reason we have created an additional lower parking space on flat ground by our entrance for the winter months. We are situated on a gravel road which can become muddy and rutted during a spring thaw. Other things to note Diable Vert, a 20 minute drive offers the opportunity to kayak on the Mississquoi River or soar through the treetops on their unique VeloVolant canopy cycle. Mount Sutton offers skiing , hiking, mountain biking and those looking for a true adventure, their newly installed zip line. The Sentier Du Village-Montagne trail links the heart of the village to Sutton’s Parc D’Environnement Naturel which features one of the most beautiful 4-season trail networks in Quebec.
