Welcome to Seattle home located in the heart of Seattle's vibrant University District, this spacious home is perfect for families, friends, business travelers, and University of Washington visitors. Enjoy the convenience of being within walking distance of UW, restaurants, coffee shops, parks, and light rail while staying in a peaceful residential neighborhood. The home is walkable to the University of Washington, with Roosevelt and U District light rail stations about a 10–15 minute walk away. The space Welcome to this u-district home! As you step inside, you'll be greeted by high ceilings and beautiful hardwood flooring that flows throughout the home. The main floor features a well-equipped kitchen, complete with a brand new dishwasher and plenty of cabinet space for all your culinary needs. Step outside onto the spacious deck, where you can relax and take in the natural surroundings. The main floor also offers a recently renovated bathroom with a refreshing shower, making it convenient for all guests. There are two generously sized bedrooms on this level, one room with a king bed and other room with a queen bed, a full bed and a single sofa bed. On the upper level, you'll find three more bedrooms, ensuring ample space for everyone. One bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, while the other two bedrooms feature queen-sized beds. There is a full bathroom on this level, complete with a shower and tub, providing added convenience. To enhance your stay, we provide complimentary amenities such as WiFi, laundry detergent, an iron and ironing board, toiletries, a hair dryer, as well as fresh towels and linens. If you are traveling with children and require any essential items, please let us know in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. NOTE: this is u-district single home, and all rooms are large size, living and dinning rooms are small. You may move the single sofa to the entryway to enjoy the smart TV. Other things to note GUEST ACCESS & STAY DETAILS We’re available through the app or by phone. For reservations longer than two weeks, we provide approximately two weeks’ worth of supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, etc.). Guests staying beyond two weeks will need to purchase additional supplies. For monthly stays, actual utility usage will be billed, and a deposit of $100–$400 is required. One designated parking in the backyard. Also one paid parking permit for street parking will be provided for a small charge.
