At an altitude of 1750 metres, the "Chalet Clare" is ideally situated to enjoy the In&Out skiing and offers a magnificent view of the Dents du Midi and the Dents Blanches! This 300 m2 chalet was built in the traditional way in 2011, it is perfectly equipped, bright and very friendly! Guest access Ground floor : -Entrance hall with shelves and coat racks -Master bedroom (bed 180x200) with sitting area and desk (Nespresso machine and very good sound system Naim), fully renovated with old wood and beautiful views of the « Dents du Midi » by 3 large openings / large private bathroom (bath). -Sauna -washbasin and WC -Laundry (washing machine and dryer) -1 garage with direct access to the chalet. -1 ping pong in the 2nd garage 1st floor : -Large living room with fireplace - very cozy living room and dining area for 10 people / very bright, large openings and access to balconies facing south and large terrace on the west side (deckchairs) -TV Lounge with Home Cinema: Giant Flat Screen / Apple TV (over 150 movies available French / English) + Play Station 4 -Fully equipped kitchen with large pantry and wine cellar + 2 raclette machines (half cheese and platelets), table grill and fondue).
