Family home in the heart of Southwell

We are experienced hosts and let out our family home about once a year. It’s a great base for families with small children in central Southwell visiting family this Christmas. Three bed detached, character, family home, located on a quiet no through road next to public footpaths into town. We will be away during your stay. The full house is available. The space A large family home; 1x king, 2 x small double and a cot. Open plan kitchen dinner ( heated flooring, wood burner, 6 seater dining table and oven, bifold doors to garden) with separate lounge ( tv- Netflix, Prime ) and play area ( plenty of toys for 0-8 year old, girl and boy and tv+ Now TV). Upstairs are three bedrooms, the master with a king bed and firm mattress and a child’s travel cot if needed , a children’s bedroom with a small double bed and another children’s bedroom with a ground bed (small double) perfect for young /cosleeping. (We have a single child’s mattress that can be added to a room). Guest access The whole house. Please note this is our family home. We let out when we are away. We are experienced Air BNB hosts
