La Rogaia is a country house situated in a secluded position on the hills near the city of Arezzo, between the Val d'Ambra and the Valdichiana, and surrounded by olive groves, vineyards and lush woods. It is reached by an unpaved road through the woods, well maintained, in some tract a little steep, but once on the spot you will be rewarded with true peace and quiet. The nearby town of Arezzo. We absolutely recommend a visit to the nearby city of Arezzo which is only 10 km away, to the works of art of Piero della Francesca, Giorgio Vasari, Cimabue, a walk along the narrow streets of the old town and a glass of wine in the beautiful medieval setting of Piazza Grande. La Rogaia is located in a strategic area of Tuscany, so it will be easy to reach Florence (75 km), Siena (60 km), Cortona (30 km) for a lovely day trip. The view from the pool. The real flagship of the house, in our opinion, is the breathtaking view from the panoramic swimming pool (size 5x10 m., depth 0.90-1.95 m. completely fenced, safe for children and with solar shower), equipped with wrought iron outdoor furniture, umbrellas, barbecue area and a gazebo with lounge from where you can enjoy the view of unforgettable sunsets. A space that will welcome your most beautiful moments with friends and family. La Rogaia is furnished with taste and care by the owners who also produce an excellent organic extra virgin olive oil; gymnastic equipment, foosball table and board games are also available. INTERIOR DESCRIPTION - LA ROGAIA GROUND FLOOR: veranda with table and sofa, living room with fire place and double sofa bed, kitchenette and bathroom with bath. FIRST FLOOR: with access via internal staircase, two double bedrooms, twin bedroom, single bedroom and bathroom with shower. In extremely panoramic position a wooden gazebo equipped with kitchen facilities, table and chairs, table foot, various board games and GYM equipment. EQUIPMENT: freezer, high chair, barbecue, dish-washer, Satellite TV, oven, fly screens, Wi-Fi Internet access, filter coffee maker, moka coffee maker, table football, fans in the bedrooms.
