Very near to the river Arle with picturesque walks, ducks, swans and all within 5 minutes walk to the centre of town. Living area with TV & radio, self -catering facilities including microwave, hob, oven , grill & fridge. Wifi connection from the main house Good mobile signal for most carriers. Parking on-site if no free parking spaces are remaining on the street. Please be aware that there are a couple of low beams on the mezzanine. This self contained, open plan converted barn is adjacent to the main property home. It has its own entrance from the street, it has underfloor heating ; the mezzanine bedroom overlooks a secluded cottage garden in a quiet location. The barn is by the river Arle with its picturesque walks and ducks; it is an easy 5minute walk to the centre of Alresford. Ideally situated for the Grange Festival Opera Northington, the Watercress line steam rail trips & other local attractions. Also the historic city of Winchester which is within 10miles. There is a good bus service to Winchester with its station to London,Waterloo. Also to Alton and its station. Alresford has many exciting and wonderful shops. Some lovely delicatessens, several good restaurants and pubs, 2 good local butchers, co-op, small Tesco, green grocer, fish shop and a street market on Thursdays. Wonderful clothes and shoe shops, with Moda Rosa for clothes and Hetre for shoes amongst others . Guest access They will have their own entrance to the Barn from The Dean. Guests may have use of part of a paved patio area with outside small table and chairs
