Extra large outdoor pool and equipped Yoga Studio in south facing large, private, leafy, peaceful garden with SpringFree trampoline, climbing frame, Weber BBQ. 10 mins walk to Farnham Station, shops, cafes, restaurants, Farnham Arts Centre; Bourne Woods, countryside & Frensham Ponds on your doorstep The space We have three children (20, 19 and 13) and since this is our family home we have books, games, trampoline, etc suitable for children of these ages and younger (huge case of duplo & lego), bikes in the garage and garden/pool gear. Plenty of spaces to relax and unwind inside and outside (patios x2) and yoga studio (get into some lifelong wellbeing habits while you're here) by the large heated pool 30’x20’ ! There's a very private & safe, large south facing garden with a monkey bars for the children and new "Springfree" trampoline (for the young, and young at heart). Sleeping: Bedroom 1. Extra large master bedroom with King Sized “Loaf” bed with en-suite featuring free-standing bath plus separate shower and “his and hers” basins. Blue-tooth speakers (great for relaxing in the bath tub) Bedroom 2. double-bed Bedroom 3. double-bed. Bedroom 4. single bed with trundle bed underneath (with 'Jack & Jill' ensuite) Bedroom 5. small double-bed Bedroom 6. Large Studio room with Queen bed & doors onto sunny terrace. Also has shower room/loo. - Large lounge also has an extra sofa bed. - Bathrooms: 2 x bath & shower/toilet bathrooms, 2 x toilet & shower rooms, 1 x WC Guest access You are welcome to use everything in our home during your stay. We'll lock some of our stuff away in a small office. Our pool is out of action from October-April. You are welcome to use the yoga studio although please no shoes or wet bodies in there. Other things to note We have a swimming pool which is operational from May-October (weather dependant). Please note that we have a very low maintenance cat who comes and goes as she pleases, via cat flap). She is very independent but we’d be grateful if you could feed her. Otherwise, when we are away, we tend to ask a neighbour to do so.
