Our 3/3 condo is spacious, updated & ready for your enjoyment! The space Luxury exists inside the gates of Stillwater Resort. You will love this completely updated and newly furnished condo. Relax on the oversized balcony while enjoying the calm lake views and sunsets. Enter our huge condo via the large entry foyer & just say "WOW"! From the moment you step inside, the bright interior greets you with an open floor plan from the living room to the kitchen so everyone can be together. Our updated condo is a three bedroom three bath unit with easy elevator access. Two sets of stairs are located on either side of the building. Our direct views of Lake Martin are incredible, especially the sunsets. The open floor plan features plenty of comfortable seating, TV, gas fireplace, tasteful décor along with access to the cozy balcony with outstanding direct lake views. Perfect for your family and/or friends! Our family room is extra large & so is the kitchen & separate pantry room. Two gas fireplaces are offered, one in the family room & one on the balcony. The large balcony is one of the best features of this unit. Access the balcony from either the living area or the primary suite. The balcony includes a dining area, a gas grill & a comfortable seating area. Two ceiling fans and sun shades will keep you relaxed and comfortable as you enjoy the outside views. The primary suite has its own door access to the balcony in addition to having two closets and a handicap accessible shower with a flip down attached bench, zero entry & two shower heads. Each secondary bedroom is spacious as well. Luxury exists inside the gates of Stillwater Resort. You will love this completely updated and newly furnished condo. The balcony friend's circle of wicker seating along with the teak table set for dining is always a favorite spot to enjoy. The stoned gas fireplace is gas and ready to operate with a flip of the switch. High quality gas grill is available for your use. There is a second gas fireplace in the family room as well as a mounted Smart TV with cable & wireless wi-fi provided. Our kitchen has granite countertops, stainless appliances, and is fully equipped for the favorite cook. All small appliances are provided also. (Coffee maker, & Keurig, toaster, blender). There is an extra large pantry room to store any and everything you may bring. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need, including basic spices, to prepare your meals. There are 4 stools at the kitchen counter to keep the cook company or enjoy your meals. The heart of the condo lies in the living area, where the fully-equipped kitchen makes meal preparation a breeze. Gather around the dining area for shared meals, then unwind in the inviting living room featuring a smart TV, cable, and Wi-Fi for movie nights or catching up online. Step outside to the balcony and soak in the stunning lake views, or head down to the complex's refreshing swimming pool for a leisurely dip. Enjoy a friendly game on the community tennis courts located within Stillwaters Gated Community, perfect for some outdoor fun. The communal fire pit area provides the perfect setting for intimate gatherings under the stars. Nestled within the Stillwaters Gated Community, Stoneview Summit offers easy access to a plethora of attractions, including the Harbor Point Marina, Bluffs Daiquiri Bar, Stillwaters Golf Course, and Coppers Grill. Our full size laundry room has an updated washer & dryer and room for your stuff. Best of all, we have our own personal boat slip for your use on the wonderful Lake Martin! Relax in the spacious primary suite, offering privacy and tranquility. Featuring a king bed, a walk in shower, two expansive closets, & private access to the balcony with breathtaking direct lake views, it's your own personal oasis. A luxurious king sized bed with dresser, two nightstands means there is room for all your belongings. There is also a Smart TV with cable & wi-fi in this suite. The attached private full bathroom is enhanced with two sinks, a handicap accessible shower with zero entry, a built in flip down bench seat, two shower heads (upper and lower), a separate water closet & two spacious closets. The office with a desk, printer, storage shelves & a chair is accessible from the primary suite or the hallway near the family room. Guest suites 1 & 2 are on the front side of the condo. Each bedroom has a queen bed, dresser, nightstands & closet. All bedrooms are well furnished. Both guest rooms are equipped with a TV. New linens & towels are always provided. There are even extra sets provided if you need them. All bedrooms have blinds and blackout curtains & fans. Beach/pool towels will be in the laundry room. Each bathroom has a tub/shower combo. One bathroom is private to the bedroom & the other bedroom has access to the bathroom through a connecting door as well as access from the front foyer. Our full size laundry room has an updated washer & dryer, shelves & room for additional stuff. Our condo is located within the much sought after, gated resort community of Stillwaters. Stoneview Summit offers many amenities: two pools, tennis courts, pickleball courts, golf course, marina and walking trails. Spend a few days or longer so you can enjoy all the amenities! The closest pool to our condo has a stone waterfall slide, zero entry, and chairs galore. There is also a picnic pavilion with a timed gas fire pit. Our dedicated boat slip is also just steps away from our condo. If you bring your own boat, our private boat slip is available, it has a professionally installed Savadock bumper system, and is labeled with our unit no. (only one watercraft allowed). Harbor Pointe Marina is 3 minutes from the condo and is a full service marina with a ship store that allows launching your boat upon arrival & allows exiting when you are ready to take your boat out (small fee).Our boat slip is assigned to our condo so it is entirely just for you to use. The Harbor Pointe Marina is located minutes away down the street & it is a great place to rent a boat as well. Harbor Pointe Marina includes a bar/restaurant & a convenience store for food/beverages & any boating needs. Trailers are not allowed at Stoneview Summit nor the marina; check with us about offsite trailer parking options. Life in Stillwaters is safe and fun! Tennis & pickleball courts, the second pool & a large children's playground are located near the condo. The 18 hole championship golf course is open to the public & also the club/restaurant, Coppers. Coppers features live music on the weekends during the summer & special events for your enjoyment all year long. Located close to Stillwaters is a Dollar General store & many off-site restaurants & activities. There are six restaurants within a five-mile drive. Auburn University is only 25 minutes southeast of the lake. Only 2 hours from Atlanta, and close to an hour from Montgomery or Birmingham. Lake Martin is the GEM of Alabama! Travelers eager for a bit of culture can stop by Wellborn Muscle Car Museum, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Lake Martin & Blue Creek. Discover the area's water adventures with jet skiing, kayaking, and water skiing nearby, or enjoy the great outdoors with & the famous Chimney Rock & Chicken Rock. Clean clear water and plenty of islands and beaches to explore. Please be aware that the lake water levels will drop 4 feet from mid October to April. Our condo will be your home away from home! If you bring your own boat, our private boat slip is available, it has a professionally installed Savadock bumper system, and is labeled with our unit number(only one watercraft allowed). Harbor Pointe Marina is 3 minutes from the condo and is a full service marina with ship store that allows launching your boat upon arrival and allows exiting when you are ready to take your boat out (small fee). Boat trailers are not allowed in the complex parking lot nor at the marina. Boat trailer storage is very close to the condo inside community resort (boat trailer entire stay-one time small fee).The Ridge Marina is close by, as well as there are others on the lake. The skies create magnificent colors every night! This unit is a strict no smoking (including the balcony) and no pet property. The minimum age to book is 28 years old. The maximum number of guests, BOTH children & adults, allowed is 6. We have a Ring doorbell camera on our front door. The primary renter must be present for the entire stay. The property is managed by the owners of the unit. If you are a large group and need more bedrooms, let us know, as we partner with a condo close to ours, which is ideal for family gatherings, golf outings, weddings, football games, etc. Communication is the key to success, feel free to ask us anything! Photo ID and a signed contract is required. Your welcome package includes 6 rolls of toilet paper, 2 rolls of paper towels, soap for the dishwasher & washing machine, hotel size shampoo, conditioner, & body wash.. Coffee & coffee pods are provided for your first day. Our condo truly will be your home away from home! Please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns. We love to talk! Guest access Guest access is through a Schlage key lock system. Other things to note Guests must follow all rules of the condo association. These include the rules posted by the front door of our condo and the rules posted inside the elevator. Other rules include: Household garbage shall not be placed outside by the front door or on a luggage cart. Garbage shall be removed directly from inside the Condo unit to one of the three dumpsters on SVS property. All personal property of Owners and guests shall be stored within the condo unit. Towels and clothing are not permitted to hang on the balcony at any time All vehicles (cars, trucks, personal recreational vehicles, bicycles, and motorcycles) must display a Stillwaters parking sticker or a unit-specific visitors pass. No paper towels, disposable wipes or other non-biodegradable hygiene products shall be deposited into drains or toilets. Do not pour grease down the drains. All docks are common elements and, therefore, are not for the storage of water toys. Each unit has its own assigned boat slip. Boats must be parked correctly in the slip. All vehicles (cars, trucks) should be parked in a designated parking space or the overflow lot across from building 4 if no other parking space is available. No vehicle should be parked on the manicured lawn. NO LIFEGUARD IS PROVIDED AT THE SVS POOL. ALL USERS OF THE POOL DO SO AT THEIR OWN RISK. The pool area is closed from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Upon entering or leaving the pool area, Guests must pull the gate closed and verify that it is locked. Owners or Guest are required to wear (or have in their possession) an HOA-distributed SVS wristband while inside the pool area. Smoking is not permitted inside the pool area. No children under twelve (12) years of age are allowed in the pool area unless accompanied by an adult. Pets are not allowed in the pool area. Glass containers are strictly prohibited inside the pool area. Food and beverages should not be consumed while in the pool. Guests are expected to clean up after themselves. Dispose of trash in the provided receptacles. Children in diapers must wear diapers that are approved for swimming. Please dispose of diapers and feminine hygiene items in trash receptacles (do not flush them in commodes). Due to the maximum 5-foot depth of the pool, diving is strictly prohibited. Climbing on or jumping off the sculptured rocks, fountain area, or the slide into the pool is strictly prohibited. To maximize enjoyment, all pool guests should become familiar with the use of the timer switches for the waterslide and the cabana ceiling fans. 11. Any Guest who violates any of these rules, after a verbal warning by another Owner, pool monitor or the SVS Association Manager, will be asked to leave the pool area.
