However, you can enjoy a partial view of the lake from the patio as well as the sound of loons in the evening, especially relaxing from the spa. Several nearby options allow you to fully enjoy the lake: -Camp Portneuf (1.5 km away) Camp Portneuf offers access to non-motorized watercraft such as kayaks and paddleboards, as well as various outdoor facilities. We provide family passes valid for 2 families (2 adults and 3 children each, free for children aged 4 and under). Additional passes can be purchased directly on site. Please note that during the summer season, Camp Portneuf is open only on weekends. -Lake Nautical Club (1 km away) Ideal for launching non-motorized watercraft (kayak, canoe, paddleboard). On site, you will also find Vague HP, a small ice cream shop, and a convenient convenience store. Guest access 🔥 Firewood provided for the outdoor fire pit. Other things to note ✅ IMPORTANT All clients must complete a pre-check-in form via an EnsoConnect link to our online guest guide, sent upon booking confirmation. The verification steps require the guest to provide their contact details, a valid ID, and authorization for an $800 hold for the security deposit. Security Deposit A refundable security deposit of $800 is required to cover any potential damages. If no damage is found, the hold will be released after your departure. Processing may take up to 14 days, depending on your credit card provider. • Road access to the chalet may be difficult, especially in winter during snowy or icy conditions. • A 4x4 vehicle or SUV is strongly recommended in winter. • The last 50 meters of the access road may be more difficult, even in summer, especially with a small car. Access is still possible with a small car up to the first parking area.
