Casa Vacanza "A casa di Giò" It is the strategic point for those who want to enjoy a relaxing vacation and at the same time tour northern Sicily. The location of the property, in fact, is located between the sea and the hill, a 5-minute drive from the beach of San Saba, unique for the presence of the mountains of sand that characterize it (as shown in the photos). The space The property is built in two floors. Downstairs we find the entrance with dining room, kitchen (equipped with all the essentials) and master bathroom. Upstairs, we have the sleeping area, with two bedrooms, one double and the other with two single beds and a half bathroom. The house is equipped with air conditioning. Linen (linens, towels, tablecloths) are not included. This place isn't suitable for pets. Cleaning fees are charged to the guest (€20) N.B. In the summer months, the flow of water, managed by the municipality, may be reduced throughout the day. To make up for this inconvenience, the home is equipped with a system to be activated if needed. Guest access for those coming from Catania airport or by ferry from Messina it is preferable to take the A20 Messina-Palermo highway with Villa Franca Tirrenica exit and continue on state road 113 towards Messina crossing the hamlets of Rodia - Orto Liuzzo - San Saba - Piano Torre to Mezzacampa. Other things to note Being along the SS 113/Dir Messina Palermo, the location is also great to reach places such as: Messina - Milazzo (with boarding for the Aeolian islands) - Taormina - Giardini Naxos – Catania/Etna -Cefalù- Palermo.
