The cozy, bright and lovingly furnished apartment on the top floor is located in a quiet, central and natural location with wonderful alpine views. It offers space for 2 to 3 people on about 51 m² of living space. Garmisch-Partenkirchen is only 4 km from Farchant. The tourist tax is included in the rental price. Whether in summer or winter, Farchant is an ideal starting point for all kinds of activities: The Classic and Zugspitz ski resorts, the Garmisch climbing park, Linderhof Palace, Neuschwanstein Castle but also many lakes such as Eibsee, Walchensee or Staffelsee are in the immediate vicinity and invite you - in winter as well as in summer - to sports, culture and/or relaxation. Farchant itself also has a large heated outdoor pool, beautiful hiking trails, a waterfall and an adventure trail as well as a ski lift, cross-country ski trails and toboggan run, so that no wish remains unfulfilled in winter and summer. The Werdenfelser Land is an Upper Bavarian region that stretches from Mittenwald in the south to Farchant. It includes parts of the Bavarian Alps. The region is named after the medieval Werdenfels Castle north of Garmisch-Partenkirchen. The castle served primarily to secure the military and trade route that led through the Loisachtal and connected trading centers in Italy and Upper Bavaria.
