Children: Games and a travel cot are available on request. Keys/Fobs: All access fobs/cards must be returned to their original location at checkout. A £40 fee applies for any lost items. No Smoking: Smoking inside is strictly prohibited. Evidence of smoking will result in an £80 cleaning fee. Guest access Before your arrival, we’ll send you a unique code for our keyless smart lock, making self check-in quick and contactless. Once inside, you can use either the smart lock code throughout your stay or the keycard/fob provided in the property. Please return the keycard or fob to its original location at checkout. A £40 replacement fee applies for any lost or unreturned items. Other things to note To ensure a peaceful environment for all guests, unauthorised visitors are not permitted during your stay. This policy is strictly enforced due to past issues with parties and disturbances. Parking Information Free on-street parking is available directly outside the property between 6:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, parking is limited to 2 hours, with no return within 1 hour. As the property is centrally located, parking right outside can be busy during daytime hours. For more flexible parking, an NCP car park is just a 3-minute walk away, available at £6 per 24 hours. You can pre-book via the NCP website for added convenience.
