Multiple nearby beaches, including Spurn Heritage Coast Nature Reserve. Few minutes drive to Patrington Haven Leisure Park. The village has its own bakery, coffee shop, butcher, pharmacy, hardware store, convenience store, multiple hairdressers, beauty salon and pubs/restaurants/bars, all within a few minutes walking distance. The space The property is well located just outside of the village centre, with countryside views over fields. Next door but one to Dunedin Country House. At night gaze into the distance to spot the red lights on the pillars of the Humber Bridge Guest access The house and it’s garden are for the sole use of guests during their stay, and check in is via a lockbox for key collection. Other things to note The Station Hotel pub and restaurant is a five minute walk up the street. Please note that it is not open on Mondays and Tuesdays. There are two additional pubs in the village which are open daily but do not serve food. There is a bus stop a two minute walk up the street with a direct route to Withernsea (east) or Hull (west).
