Set in the heart of a beautiful 1.5-hectare garden, let your little ones romp around and enjoy the abundance of numerous fruit trees. There you will find: - Entrance with storage space and common toilet for the house. - LIVING ROOM with cathedral roof and majestic fireplace. Tv and dvd available. Accessible hifi. - DINING ROOM for large unforgettable tables (table for 10 people) - CHILDREN'S AREA with a table for the little ones and a relaxation/games area - KITCHEN: spacious and warm it includes 1 table for 8 people, all appliances (oven, fridge, microwave, gas hob, range hood, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, baby-cook, kettle, toaster, etc.) as well as all kitchen utensils available. - BEDROOM 1 (ground floor): Huge 30m2 bedroom which includes double bed 160cm, 1 large office space, 1 small living room and 1 private bathroom (no.1) with toilet. - BEDROOM 2 (Blue): Upstairs with 1 double bed 160cm, 1 extra bed, 1 office space and its private bathroom (#2) with toilet. - ANTECHAMBER with a single bed separated by a curtain. Great for teenagers or single adults. - WALKWAY with small lounges for wild board games - BEDROOM 3 (Dorm). Adorable and delicious, it includes 6 beds: 2 bunk beds +1 sofa bed 70x160cm +1 single floor mattress. - BEDROOM 4 (red). The smallest but most cozy, it includes 1 double bed 160cm and 1 desk space. Bathroom #3 to share with the Dorm room. Storage spaces are available in each room as well as board games and children's games/ books. We leave at your disposal essential products to start your stay and thus enjoy the house to the fullest. Sheets and towels are included in the price, but if you would like to bring your own, we can waive the laundry fee of €160. A cleaning fee of €140 for checkout is included at each rental. Outside: 2 different dining areas, sunbeds, BBQ and umbrella are available. Possibility to access an outbuilding with its summer lounge, its stock of outdoor games and foosball. Want to recharge, get some fresh air, and have a good time with the people you love, don't hesitate! Guest access Access is very simple: - by car from Paris via A13 or A15 (1h from Porte Maillot) - by train from St Lazarus . Gaillon-Aubevoye stop. 1h by train + 10min by local taxi Access to the property is autonomous. A code box is used to open the gate and another box containing the house keys is hidden in the property. No scheduling problems, you arrive at the time you want! Inside the property, a parking area can accommodate up to 4 cars. Other things to note Be careful, the railings and stairs are not safe for small children. Parents should be vigilant around this point.
