The property is lodge style sharing with 2 other units onsite, guest may cross paths in the yards or parking area. Other things to note To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests, please note that check in time begins at 16:00 and check out time is by 10:00. We kindly ask that you observe quiet hours between 22:00 and 06:00 to maintain a peaceful environment. Ponderosa is a non smoking property and we are unable to accommodate pets. Please be aware that this home is part of a lodge style property with two other units on site, so you may occasionally see other guests in the parking area or shared outdoor spaces. We provide ample free parking for your convenience and recommend having a vehicle for your travels in the Black Hills. While you have full private access to the home, we are always available via the booking platform or phone if you need any assistance during your visit.
