This friendly, quiet apartment is located in the nature reserve of the Isselniederung. On the balcony you can enjoy the fresh air and tranquility with a wonderful view of the landscape. The flexible bed design makes it suitable for both couples and individuals. The space The 70 m² apartment has one bedroom with two beds that can be set up either as a double bed or single beds. In the living room are two more single beds, as well as a seating area with a table and TV. A fully equipped kitchen is available, as well as a spacious bathroom and an approx. 20 m² loggia/balcony. Wi-Fi and a fridge are also available - if necessary also a freezer. There is ample parking on the property. Guest access On the first floor of the house, a fully furnished apartment is at your disposal. The 20 sqm loggia/balcony with a wonderful view of the landscape is also at your disposal. Other things to note The apartment has a good connection to Bocholt, Wesel and the A3 in the direction of Oberhausen or Arnhem.
