Centrally located- SOHO/Washington Sq/West Village all within short walk. 2nd floor walk up. The best of downtown NYC just out your front door. The space The space is clean, inviting and bright, with a window in every room. This space is small, yet feels open and relaxing. The apartment is second floor, with windows looking onto a tree lined street. Its easy to walk out the door and get anywhere, but also enjoyable to sit and people watch from the window seat. Guest access Kitchen, Bathroom, Bedroom, Wifi, TV (fire stick and access to all your favorite apps), 2 Hanging Closets, Window AC, laundry mat next door with next day fluff & fold ($1 per lb of laundry), Coffee Maker, Hair Dryer, Fresh towels and linens. And, as this is a very vibrant part of the city, a white noise machine. Other things to note The white noise machine in the bedroom is quite pleasant but can take a second to figure out.
