Outside is the No.36 bus which runs every 10 mins in one direction to LEEDS the opposite direction to Harrogate then Ripon. Wetherby is 10 minutes away. The room has its own private terrace garden and independent access. Super clean and modern yet cosy. Emmerdale filming set is a walk away, Harewood hillclimb is nearby and there are several great wedding venues The space A lovely fresh new en-suite in our newly built home. You'll have independent access to your room directly from your own external door and access to your own small very private garden area, to enjoy your morning coffee in the open air. Yorkshire tea, Taylors coffee and Harrogate water along with brioche are waiting in the room also white company bedding and ample fluffy towels and bathrobes. Guest access You'll have your own external private access directly into your room and a private terraced garden. During your stay I work from home so i'm always on hand to help with advice if needed. I am also happy to give you your space and privacy so its the best of both worlds Other things to note A walkers paradise with permissive walks through the Harewood Estate and to the Emmerdale film set. The Harewood Estate hosts concerts and gigs and shows. Harewood Hillclimb is just down the road. Our lovely part of Yorkshire also boasts so much outstanding scenery and Market towns like Otley, Ilkley and Wetherby plus elegant Harrogate and buzzing Leeds all a 10 minute bus ride away. there are several stunning wedding venues and if you are a guest we'll organise an early check-in and even drop you at the venue so that you can leave your car here and enjoy the fizz. All in all Lofthouse Lodge is a real gem
