Located one block from LaChance Winery, this town boasts many shops, restaurants and amenities you won't find anywhere else in St. Louis. This oversized studio has just as much space as most 1 bedroom units! It offers a covered porch with seating at your private entrance, just steps from the parking area. This unit boasts a full kitchen with stainless appliances and a full size range with over the range microwave. It is stocked with all of the basic spices and cooking supplies needed to get you started. The dining area has a full sized table with seating for four and plenty of room to move around. The bedroom area features a large, soft rug and a comfortable king-sized bed with Casper luxury mattress. A 50" LED Google TV is mounted on the wall with a full swivel mount so you can watch from anywhere in the apartment. Hold all of your clothes and items in the large walk-in closet and extra storage inside of the bench seat. The bathroom is large and bright and features a walk-in, full sized shower. There is a laundry room on the premises with two washers and dryers and a utility sink that the unit shares with two other studios. Other things to note Permit Number: Check-in is at 4pm Check-out is at 10am - Up to 2 dogs are allowed for $125 per stay, no cats please. We kindly ask that your dog is crate trained and that you pick up after your dog. - Stays of 28 days or more may incur an additional cleaning fee. - No parties allowed—violations may result in immediate termination of the stay. We aim to maintain a respectful environment for our neighbors. - 2 cameras in the alley are installed solely to monitor our cleaning team for quality and security purposes. - Parking is available for 2 vehicles. Please note that parking passes are required during festival weekends. (The unit has one reserved parking spot right outside the front door in the Vine St. gravel parking area. Guests may park in any unmarked parking spot on a first-come, first-served basis. Only suitable for compact cars. Oversized vehicles should park in the unmarked guest parking spaces located in the second street parking area.) - If you're interested in a long-term stay, please reach out to inquire about availability - Guests must be 21 years or older to book this property. GUEST VERIFICATION: To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require the primary guest listed on the reservation to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until these steps are completed. Once verified, and prior to check-in, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes: - Agreeing to our rental terms and conditions. - Providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in. - Paying a non-refundable $60 damage waiver. The damage waiver provides coverage for accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to your check-out. The damage waiver covers accidental damage that may occur during your stay. To ensure coverage, all damage must be reported promptly while you’re still at the property.
