Perfect for families with children and people who value privacy. The beach is about 200 m away, and just around the corner there are shops and numerous eateries. The space The area of the house is 180 m2 and the area of the garden is 900 m2. On the ground floor there is a dining room with a table for 8 people, a spacious living room with a large TV and DVD, a kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub and shower and a toilet. There are two fold-out sofas in the living room. In the kitchen there is a gas stove with an oven, a fridge, a coffee maker and all the necessary kitchen utensils. Upstairs there are three similar bedrooms and a bathroom with two showers and a toilet. In two bedrooms there are two single beds that can be combined into a double bed, and in one there are three single beds. In front of the house there is a garden table with chairs, a barbecue and a hammock, which provide complete relaxation and rest. The property is fenced and locked. High vegetation grows around the fence, which ensures complete privacy. Guest access The house has screens and beach chairs as well as books, board games and a large collection of DVD movies, as well as satellite TV with a wide range of programs. Guests have access to WI-FI internet. Other things to note The house is fully prepared for the new COVID 19 situation. Disinfectant liquids, gloves and masks are provided. All smooth surfaces in the house are disinfected before each guest arrival. We do everything to ensure that our guests have a safe and successful stay. In Niechorze, there is a tourist tax for the municipality of PLN 2 per person per day.
