This villa provides a breathtaking view of the sea and islands on the south and opposite a dramatic view of the Mount St. Elijah on the north. Villa was completely renovated 2014th year with special attention to the preservation of its historical authenticity in the exterior and interior. It is a seafront villa. If you want to swim should just get out of the yard and you are already on the nearby beach, or walk to the nearby small docks or you will take a swim in the private swimming pool in the front yard. Four double bedrooms, all with sea views are related to the foyer from which they can go out on the balcony decorated with unique style fence. During summer nights the flow of fresh air from the nearby Mount St. Elijah naturally cools the rooms upstairs. On the floor there is also a bathroom.
