Inside, you’ll find 1 bedroom, a comfortable living room and kitchen with an open-concept layout, and a private exit leading to the shared backyard. Second Floor: Upstairs, you’ll find 3 additional bedrooms and 1 bathroom, providing plenty of space for guests. Fully renovated home with modern gray siding and a fresh, contemporary design. Relax in the shared backyard featuring decorative stone landscaping and new PVC privacy fencing. Tinted windows with modern zebra shades provide abundant natural light while maintaining privacy. The home is fully insulated for enhanced soundproofing, fire resistance, and year-round energy efficiency. The premium kitchen features state-of-the-art LG appliances, including a French-door refrigerator, electric range, microwave, and an all-in-one LG washer/dryer. Can you cancel existing reservations so I can book next six months? No. We honor all existing reservations and will not cancel another guest's booking to accommodate a new one. 2. Can I pay cash, book directly, or get free nights or a better price? Unlike our competitors, we offer an entire fully renovated four-bedroom home at a competitive rate, already priced below the $250+ per night that similar homes often charge. All reservations and payments must go through Airbnb for platform protections. We do not accept cash, off-platform bookings, or free nights. However, we offer a 5% discount for stays of 7 nights or more and a 10% discount for stays of 28 nights or more. Our rates are dynamic managed through a third party and vary by date, weekends, and holidays. 3. Can guests under 21 stay at the property? Our property has a minimum guest age of 21. If you are traveling with toddlers or young children, please book another home that is better suited for your family. Please confirm the age requirements before booking. 4. Can you accommodate a larger group? Yes! We will launch another unit adjacent to this one in October 2026. The second unit has 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. If you book identical dates for both units, you can accommodate a larger group with a combined total of 8 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 5. Do you accept pets or service animals? Pets are not permitted. We have two untrained German Shepherds and a shared yard. Service animals are handled according to Airbnb's applicable policies. Please contact us before booking. 6. Is private parking guaranteed? Parking may be available on arrival, but it is not guaranteed without an advance notice. 7. Can we BBQ, have a party, or play music in the backyard? No. Parties, events, and guest BBQs are not permitted. Please keep music off in the backyard to respect our neighbors and maintain a peaceful environment. 8. Can I request an amenity that is not listed, such as a rice cooker, toaster, waffle maker or a juice maker? No. We only provide the amenities specified in the listing. If an amenity is listed, we will make sure it is available for your stay. 9. Can I check in earlier than 3 PM? Yes, early check-in is available for an additional $75 fee, subject to availability. Please contact us in advance to confirm your requested check-in time. 10. Do you rent individual rooms? Individual room rentals will be offered in a different unit in 2027.
