Modern town centre apartment, two minutes from the beach with parking! Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. The bustling fishing harbour, beach and Looe's numerous cafes, shops, restaurants and pubs are all on the doorstep and the beautiful walks of the South West Coastal path are just are within comfortable walking distance. This is a perfect base for exploring Looe and the beautiful surrounding areas of Cornwall. The space Situated in the heart of East Looe this modern apartment has been fully refurbished and the owner has furnished and equipped the apartment with every attention to detail. Bright, airy and modern throughout, Quayside Haven will work best for families of four but can accommodate up to four guests. There is a parking space in the ground floor garage for a small car or a reserved space in the Millpool carpark for a larger car (5 minute walk). Accommodation comprises an open plan lounge, kitchen, diner with fully fitted kitchen including electric oven and hob, extractor, slimline dishwasher and fridge with freezer box. The kitchen is very well equipped with ample crockery, cafetiere etc. There is plenty of soft seating in the lounge area with one of the sofas converting in to a double sofa bed for up to two additional guests. There is a 43" Smart TV, plus a selection of games and books. The dining table and chairs are collapsible to enable the best use of space. The bedrooms are a standard double plus a single room with trundle bed which can be pulled out to make the room a twin, both rooms have hanging and drawer storage and quality mattresses, bedding, bed linen and towels. A modern shower room completes the accommodation with large shower cubicle and heated towel rail. One well behaved pet is welcome (please note there is no outside space). Pets must not be left alone in the property and must be on a lead in the communal areas. Guest access This apartment is on the middle floor and involves two flights of internal stairs therefore it will not be suitable for anyone with limited mobility. Internally the apartment is bright with all rooms accessed from the hallway. The hallway and bedrooms are carpeted and there is wood flooring/laminate in the living area and bathroom. There is a reserved parking space in the ground floor garage but it is only suitable for a small to medium-sized car. The parking bay is outlined in yellow and the dimensions are 4.4 metres by 2.10 metres, if your car doesn't fully fit completely within these lines, then the alternative reserved parking space in the Millpool car park is available, a 5 min walk from the property Other things to note Reserved parking space in Millpool car park a 5 min walk from the property but a space in the ground floor garage of the building for a small to medium sized car. The dimensions of the garage parking are 4.4 metres by 2.10 metres and the car must fit completely within the lines, otherwise a permit will be made available for the space in the Millpool. One well behaved pet is welcome (please note there is no outside space). Pets must not be left alone in the property and must be on a lead in the communal areas.
