This apartment (non-smoking) is a beautiful, bright duplex apartment with a maritime flair and a side sea view on the first and second floor of the house. With a living area of about 58 square meters, the premises are ideally suited for holidays with up to four people. The entrance area, kitchen, guest toilet, dining and living rooms are located on the first floor. A staircase inside the apartment leads to the bedroom and bathroom. The spacious living room is equipped with a large, comfortable sofa bed (1.60 × 2.00), two armchairs and a computer desk. It has also been modernized with a TV longboard and a 55-inch flat-screen TV. A second flat-screen TV is located in the bedroom. In the kitchen you will find a dishwasher, microwave, 4-burner stove with oven and fridge with freezer.
