The kitchen is equipped with oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine and toaster. There is a large double bed in the bedroom. In the dining room there is a sofa bed (140x200cm)  as an extra bed for 2 children up to 16 years. The villa was built in 1880 in the Gründerzeit style. In 1994 it was restored in style and lovingly.
