A secluded new forest getaway with beaches nearby

A secluded forest getaway Ever fancied getting away for a few days in a secluded forest house, but wanted a couple of mod-cons? You may have just found the place. Hidden away in a secluded clearing on the outskirts of the New Forest, it's home comfort with optional outdoor adventures. The property is split into 2 it has a main bungalow that has 4 bedrooms and -sleeps 9. Then there is a separate annex it has 1 bedroom and sofa beds in the lounge -sleeps 5. We then have 5 optional foldaway beds The space You will have the whole of the main bungalow and annex to yourselves. The main house has a king master bedroom and ensuite with Jacuzzi bath and rain shower, two king-size bedrooms and a triple bunk bedroom (which is a standard double bed on bottom/single bed on top.) A family bathroom with rain shower and then there is an extra toilet bathroom. The annex is perfect for those who might want their own space. It has a kitchenette, a king-size bedroom with en-suite and the main living space with 55” TV that has a double and single sofa bed too. The double height living room with log burner/fireplace, 65” TV with soundbar and woofer and floor to ceiling windows is perfect for film nights, keeping the kids entertained or evening dancing around with the family. The kitchen has all the things you need to cater for you and your guests (Induction hob, griddle, cooker, oven, microwave, steamer, George Forman, blender, Nespresso coffee machine) as well as helping clean up (dishwasher!). The garden is expansive (1.2 acres) and has a feeling like you have your own private part of the New Forest. The property is located 15/20 mins drive from Bournemouth or Christchurch train station. Bournemouth beach is 20 mins and Sandbanks about 25 mins We are also located about 5 mins drive to Snowtrax which is a dry ski slope that has skiing and also has tubing for the kids! Based in Hurn forest at the end of an unmade road it really doesn’t get any more secluded and peaceful than this! Please note: the wooden decking area in arial photos is no longer there, but there is a good size crazy paving decking area outside back of kitchen and lounge area where the BBQ and Ratan dining furniture is, plus there are extra wooden chairs available for sitting on in the garden. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house, annex and outside spaces. There is plenty of car parking on the driveway - up to 16 or 20 cars! Unfortunately we do not have any electric car charge points at this time. Other things to note We recommend you bring your own charcoal and fire lighters so you can use the BBQ in the Summer. And in the Winter the log burner in the lounge will require you to bring fire lighters, logs and kindle The coffee machines in the kitchen use Nespresso pods (original style ones) and we do supply some but we recommend you buy the metal style capsules not the cheaper plastic ones like Lidl sell as they sometimes get jammed in the machines. White Hotel quality bedding and bath sheet towels are supplied for all beds and guests. Main House: Master Bedroom: 1 x King Bed Bedroom 2: 1 x King Bed Bedroom 3: 1 x King Bed Bedroom 4: 1 x Triple Bunk Bed (double on bottom/single on top) Annex: Bedroom: 1 x King Bed Lounge area: 1 x Double Sofa Bed and 1 x Single Sofa Bed (there are blackout curtains in this lounge area) We do have 4 optional pull out beds which could be utilized for 4 extra guests. Plus we have a 5th pull out bed that is suitable for a smaller adult or child up to 5’2 in height. The cost per extra foldaway bed is £60 per bed (regardless of length of stay) to cover use and hotel quality white bedding and a bath towel that would be provided for each bed. Please be sure to mention you require this before you book if possible please.
