Any evidence of tampering with locks may result in a fee. In addition, please note that there is not guest access to the garage. Other things to note Please Note: Unauthorized guests are strictly prohibited and considered trespassing. A $250 fee applies for unregistered guests or exceeding max occupancy. No parties, events, or gatherings allowed—violations may result in immediate cancellation without refund. We are not liable for any injury or accident caused by ignoring this notice. - UNFORESEEN ACTS OF NATURE: We are unable to issue refunds for events outside of our control exacted by natural forces, such as power or utility outages. - POTENTIAL NOISE: While the area is generally quiet, guests may occasionally hear a few natural and local sounds. A neighboring property has a horse that can be heard from time to time, and the home sits near a Food Lion and a busy roundabout, which may create light activity depending on the time of day. The New Kent County Airport is also nearby, though air traffic is minimal. During our time on-site, we haven’t experienced any notable noise, but we like to share these possibilities so guests know what to expect. - It is of significance to acknowledge that your current location is situated within a mountainous and/or rural environment. Consequently, it is anticipated that the prevalence of insects/wildlife will surpass what you may typically encounter.
