Leslie's Private Paradise offers three separate, self-contained hardwood cabins and a family-sized swimming pool on the fringe of a lush tropical rainforest in the village of Teakettle, just minutes away from Belmopan, the capital City of Belize, and a half hour drive to San Ignacio, for dining and visits to ancient Maya archaeological sites. Your cabin is just minutes away from the historic Actun Tunichil Muknal (ATM) cave system. From your veranda you can hear the calls of howler monkeys. The space The individual cabins are separate and apart, occupying their own private space. Each cabin has a large verandah, complete with hammock, and a sitting area, where you can commune with nature and view open spaces where the many species of birds as well as the tropical flora and fauna abound. Guest access Guests have access to large lawns, rough hiking in the rainforest,(as there are no marked trails) a family-sized swimming pool with sundeck and music system. There is also an old-fashioned wood-burning fire-hearth to provide you with a traditional and memorable cooking experience. Other things to note Guests are allowed to entertain on the premises. Since this is a diy experience, you are expected to cook your own food and provide your own drinks. Cabins have a kitchenette with tabletop stove, refrigerator, microwave and cooking utensils.
