Villa near the sea with private pool

Here you can swim in the heated pool (during summer). If you want to swim in the sea, you just need to walk a few minutes and you will get to the beach with a jetty or if you go to the nature reserve where you can find more swimming areas on cliffs or small beach. Furthermore, you can enjoy lovely walks in the nature reserve, walk through cow and sheep pasture or stop and have a picnic among the animals. The space What makes our house unique is that there is a pool, sauna, fireplace and much more available. Furthermore, the plot has many berry plants so there are often available fresh strawberries, raspberries, currants etc. We also have a spice garden with many different types of spices. Guest access If it's chilly we have a glassed-in porch with infrared heating, if the weather permits you can instead have dinner in the front by the grill. There are three bedrooms (plus loft with sofa bed), one with a 180 cm bed, one with 120 cm bed and another with a family bunk bed where the lower part is 120 cm and upper 90 cm. Furthermore, we have an attic that can also be used as a bedroom with a 140 cm sofa bed. If you would like a crib, we can arrange it. We also have a large loft room with some toys and a TV. There are two bathrooms with shower and bathtub. A well-equipped kitchen as well as living room with TV, fireplace, large sofa, footing corner. If you like music, there are guitars, piano, and other instruments. In short - here is everything you can think of during your holiday. The plot offers a lot, nature and vaxholm offer the rest. Other things to note You can walk down to the nice center of Vaxholm, it takes about 30 minutes. There are cozy shops, restaurants and a beautiful harbour. You can also take boats out to nearby islands as well as Stockholm. You will also have the proximity to Stockholm if you would like to experience the capital.
