The apartment, about 90 square meters, is located on the third floor of a historic building from the 1700s, very bright and newly renovated, has two large double bedrooms, a living room with two sofa beds, a kitchen and a bathroom. Sheets, towels, pots and pans, coffee machine and TV are provided. For small and very small guests, suitable dishes, high chair, camping bed and some toys are provided. Guest access Guests will have the entire apartment to themselves. Other things to note Parking in Lerici is a bit problematic...... We are available to find a parking space for you so that you can have a peaceful stay. Since Lerici is a ZTL location, you can only transit but not stop. The nearest paid parking lots to the apartment are the Lerici Centro Parking Lot, in Via Giacomo Matteotti (about an 8-minute walk), the Erbetta Parking Lot in Via S. Biaggini, immediately after the Shelley hotel and the Venere Azzurra Parking Lot, in Via S. Biaggini 552 (6 minutes by car and 15 minutes on foot). What we recommend is the La Vallata Parking Lot, which is equipped with a shuttle that takes you to the center for only one euro, valid for the whole day.
