Cool off in the seasonal swimming pool during the warmer months, stay active in the on-site fitness center (available during designated community operating hours), or take advantage of the business center and resident lounge. The community also features package service, scenic walking and biking trails, picnic areas for outdoor enjoyment, and a dedicated dog park, making it easy to unwind and enjoy your surroundings throughout your stay. As part of the building's HVAC design, you may occasionally notice water draining into the bathroom from the HVAC condensate line. This is normal and does not indicate a maintenance issue. Guest access Guests have access to a variety of community amenities designed to make every stay more enjoyable. Because of this, the property is stocked for longer stays and includes **starter essentials only** (one roll of toilet paper, paper towels, and a trash bag). Please plan to bring additional toiletries and supplies as needed. **Maintenance Access** * **Annual Preventive Maintenance:** Some units require scheduled checks (smoke detectors, HVAC filters, etc.).
