The Frederick Lee Lakehouse was built as our family vacation home on Priest Lake in 2012. It is conveniently located within walking distance to Coolin. It offers 3 levels, featuring 4 cozy bedrooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms and an outdoor shower. This home can easily accommodate 2 families. MAX 11 people. Enjoy the use of a custom kitchen with a separate beverage center, a large under-counter ice maker and an additional full size fridge. You will notice high-end custom finishes throughout the house. There is a downstairs entertainment/games room which makes it easy to entertain. Best of all, enjoy the spacious west facing deck for dining and watching the amazing Priest Lake sunsets. This lakefront home is situated on a banked waterfront, which offers a large dock for lounging and water play and a new Sunstream hydraulic boat lift.
