Stay in Lier, with large garden & petanque court

This apartment, on the outskirts of the city of Lier, is located on the first floor of a restored farmhouse (1912). When you open the front door, you will enter a light, but warm and modernly furnished home. Enjoy the tranquility of the countryside and the proximity of the city. The roof terrace and the large garden offer you more than enough space to relax, books and board games included ;-) The space The apartment is located on the first floor, accessible from the outside via a metal staircase. The roof terrace is (in good weather) provided with sun from sunrise to about 3 p.m. Delicious breakfast or lunch is therefore definitely recommended, because the terrace is equipped with furniture. The very large windows in the living room give a view of the countryside. There are 3 bedrooms. In 2 bedrooms, the box spring beds can be pushed together: so there are two double beds and two single beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a wonderful stay. And we have a baker nearby, who comes to deliver with the cargo bike, so you can be lazy in the morning... In the garden, you can enjoy from a lazy chair, in the lounge, from the grass or from the hammock. You imagine yourself in France with a game of "jeu de boules" or in Sweden during a KUBB game (both are present, you don't have to bring them). A barbecue is provided, only the charcoal you need to bring. In the garden there is also a bicycle shed, so you can bring your bikes! In short: what are you waiting for? Guest access This apartment is located in a farmhouse with three living areas: In the former living area, we live (Ben and Veerle). In the former cow barn, there is another guest house (for 4 people). The hayloft was converted into the space in which you will stay. In the large garden (more than 200m²) there is enough space to play, have a barbecue, be lazy, ... with the necessary respect for the privacy and peace for the other tenants. This should also be taken into account in the evenings and at night: drinking holidays or party weekends are not allowed. In the garden there is a bicycle shed, in which there is still room to store your own bicycle. Other things to note No breakfast is served. Towels and soap are also not included in the price. You have to take care of this yourself or you can rent it (at a fair price). Energy consumption is included. Keep in mind that on the ground floor there is another apartment: "drinking holidays" or holidays where a lot of night noise can be expected are not allowed.
