The "Aloha Beach House" in Scharendijke is a beautiful detached cottage on a property of about 400 square meters with a living area of about 95 sqm. It can be found in the 5* holiday park Zeeland-Village, about 4 km from Renesse. Bedrooms: 3 beds: 7 (Max. In front of the house, there are two car parking spaces. The entire garden is about. For children there is a playhouse with chairs, a sandbox, a balance bike & a wheelbarrow. Ground floor The bathroom on the ground floor is equipped with a sauna, sink and shower. You will also find a separate WC with wash. The spacious and bright living-dining area is 40 sqm. It offers a cozy seating area with 50″ LCD TV Bluetooth system. The large wooden dining table sleeps 8 People. The modern kitchen with oven/microwave and dishwasher completes the picture. For kids there is a high chair and a small Maltese. There is also a household room with washing machine, in which, for example, beach items can also be stored dry. The entire furnishings (furniture, kitchen, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, TV, sound system, washing machine, etc.) were renewed in the years 2016-2018. 1 coffee machines with filter, kettle and plenty of equipment in the kitchen is available. Upstairs, upstairs, there is the second bathroom with bathtub, sink and toilet. The stairs is secured from above with a children's fence. The additional costs such as electricity, gas & water are included in the rental costs (for the sake of the environment, we naturally trust that our guests will use this sparingly ;-)). All prices are incl. Maximum occupancy of 5 adults, 2 children and 1 baby/infant. The costs also include 9% VAT & WLAN. Bed linen and towels must either be brought or can be booked on site with our service partner for an additional fee. The tourist tax, which we pay directly to the community on site, is 1.75€ per person (including children) in the low season and in the high season from 01.
