Soft tones, soft fabrics and natural materials - that's how it gets cozy. The sleeping and living area is open, flanked by bathroom & toilet. A pantry kitchen is equipped with a 2-plate induction hob, kettle, coffee machine and The space Milk frother... Right outside the front door is a beautiful park and the center of Schwäbisch Hall is also within walking distance. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in this apartment. If you need more space and bedrooms, then book the large apartment at the city park at the same time. Would you like to experience a fulfilling vacation? Find a good balance between relaxation and action, rural and urban life? The location of the apartment directly on the city park promises pure relaxation. In just a few minutes' walk you are in the middle of the lively medieval town of Schwäbisch Hall with all its cafes, bars, restaurants and museums. In addition, the surrounding area invites you to a wide variety of leisure activities. Other things to note The free parking space for the vacation rental is located about 300 meters away as the crow flies. For loading and unloading, you can, of course, stop briefly right next to the property. You will receive further information about parking in good time before your arrival. Optional fees: Linens and towels are not included in the price. You can either bring them yourself or rent them for a fee. Please let us know your needs at the time of booking, as requests made later cannot always be accommodated. Bed linen: €18 per person Towel package: €12 per person Other notes: The vacation property may only be used by the agreed number of people (including Babies and very young children (2 years old) do not pay. Additional day guests must be coordinated with the agency in advance. The minimum rental period is 3 nights and also applies to people who are only present temporarily. Any subsequent reduction in the number of guests will not affect the rental price. Arrival and departure: Arrival from 16:00 Departure before 10:00 am Late check-out upon request (subject to availability) The entrance is via a key safe. You will receive the PIN via email 3 days before arrival. House rules: No use as a party venue Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00 There is no smoking inside of the house Important note: For technical and safety reasons, charging electric vehicles using the vacation home's power supply is not permitted. Miscellanious: For subsequent contract amendments, we charge a processing fee of €20. For commercial use, we reserve the right to charge a security deposit of €500. This will be refunded within 14 days in case of complaint-free departure. Please indicate any commercial use in advance.
