Andrea’s Actual Music Studio Downtown Dartmouth

10 months out of the year this is Andrea’s Music Studio where people come to learn instruments and singing. 2 months it’s converted into a great Bnb for you to stay Downtown Dartmouth, private parking, a few minutes drive from Downtown Halifax! Many parks, food, kids playground, the Halifax Ferry, major bus terminal, within walking distance. A very old but well-kept building, with beautiful traditional woodwork. Private family area but right downtown. The space This is legally a monthly unit. We can only rent to you either the month of July, the month of August, or both, but not partial of both. Private front and back entrances! You get the entire main floor of the building, with all private spaces. The only thing shared is the parking lot. Walking distance to the Sullavan's Pond, also known as The Duck Pond , with its coloured fountain at sunset/evening. And the cenotaph. Grassed and shaded areas to walk and picnic. 15 minute walk to the 3 canoe clubs clubs: Mic Mac Amature Aquatic Club, Senobe Aquadic Club, Banook Canoe Club. Also a newly built structure showing the lock system of the Shubie Canal which in it's time carried boats from the Halifax Harbour through a multiple lake system. Two private bedrooms for sleeping in with queen beds, but keep in mind space is tight, both beds you only have space on one side to access the bed. Shelves and drawers and hooks for cloths and storage. Nice sized living room, bathroom with good sized shower. Kitchenette doesn’t have a proper stove/oven, but it has an air fryer, toaster oven and toaster, big fridge, and kettle, and there’s an entry room just off the living room that has a microwave and mini fridge. ***New double induction stove top with all the pots/pans/utensils needed for a more proper kitchen will be there. Dining area in the kitchen for a sit-down meal. Living room has comfy seating for streaming any of your own streaming sites on the TV provided. Or play the piano (during 9am-9pm hours)! Nice big deck to hang out on - there is a large shed built on the deck for Music Studio storage, but there’s still a great amount of deck space for you to use, just check out the pictures! ONE private off-street parking space for you included. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND that in Airbnb terms, 5 stars is "as expected," as in, does it match the description here and the photos? Did we, the hosts, respond to you within 30min to answer questions and address any issues you may have as best as possible? 4 stars is "failure," and anything below 4 is basically "burn the place down it is uninhabitable." We know it's not a 5 star luxury hotel, but we feel we communicated everything both positive and negative and priced the place accordingly. Other things to note Another AirBnb is in the basement, and upstairs is a long term tenant. You do not share entrances with any of these units, they all have private doors.
